We all can tend to do that but in order to quiet the negative self-talk, the self-destructive chatter, it is necessary to go with in and look for the answers. Practice meditation, or just go to a quiet place, and center yourself. Once you get used to the practice it will get easier for you. Instead of looking outwards for the answer, look with in.
Replace the negative chatter with positive affirmations. Those that will replace love, peace, and self-worth in your spirit. You are enough.
